7 years ago, I raised my nasal bridge by 2 and nasal tip by 4 with Gore-Sili and had osteotomy. As time passes, maybe because my skin has gotten thinner, the implant shows too much depending on the light, and because calcification has occurred, it is gradually becoming bumpyㅜㅜ I went around for consultations here and there. The doctor who operated on my nose 7 years ago moved to ㅋㅋㄹㅇ, and there they told me to remove it while being prepared for it to get lower. The cost was 1 million won, and they said it had to be done with an open approach. Hongdae ㄱㅇㅅ said it would not get much lower and told me not to worry, and that a closed approach was possible... This place was more expensive than the 3 clinics I went to in Gangnam. Including the anesthesia fee (200,000 won), it was 1.85 million won. I’m just too scared of local anesthesiaㅜㅜ ㅍㄹㅁ said the cost is 1 million won, but open approach is 1.5 million won. (Additional 70,000 won for sedation anesthesia) The anesthesia fee in Hongdae was 3 times more expensive than Gangnamㅡㅡ I couldn’t understand it. I really couldn’t. Even when I had surgery at a mid-sized hospital, it was an additional 90,000 won... But a private clinic charges an extra 200,000 won.... Anyway, They said I have neither inflammation nor contracture, so a closed approach is possible, and I did want to do it there, but the available surgery date was too far away, so I passed. I’m in a hurry right now haha.
In the end, I decided to do it at ㄱㅇㅅ and came back after setting a date. It was the place I trusted the most from the beginning, even before.... So I decided to trust them and go ahead. I’ll post a detailed review after the surgery^^
