I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage 20 years ago, and had the silicone removed 2 years ago. I left the nasal tip as it was. Silicone removal is so simple. It doesn’t swell, and it doesn’t show. Even my husband didn’t notice. I told him I had a cold and went to the ENT, and they did it for me lol. Do it quickly. If bigger side effects happen, it’ll be a serious problem.
