Consultation review for my first nose surgery at a plastic surgery clinic near Nonhyeon Station!

Hi everyone, after only worrying about it for years, I finally went for a nose surgery consultation My nose naturally has a bridge, but my forehead is also naturally very prominent, so my nasal tip is almost the same height as my forehead My nose alone looks pretty, but my overall face looked like it lacked dimension, so that’s why I decided to have surgery I booked consultations at three places in total, but after hearing something bad about one of them, I felt I wouldn’t have surgery at that hospital, so I canceled it I had consultations at two places in total (for reference, I really dislike flashy noses and, even if it costs more, I pursue as natural a look as possible) The two places I consulted at were both rather expensive hospitals (quotes 4.8 to 6 million won -> even with a review event applied) The first hospital said I already have a nasal bridge, so they recommended no implant + ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and if the septal cartilage was weak after opening the nose, donated costal cartilage The second hospital is a revision-surgery specialty hospital that mainly uses autologous costal cartilage, so maybe that’s why they recommended autologous costal cartilage Looking only at the consultation itself, the first hospital’s consultation was on the shorter side, and at the second hospital, maybe because I was the last time slot, I think the consultation lasted over 20 minutes In conclusion, autologous costal cartilage felt too burdensome for a first surgery.... so I booked with the first hospital, and with the review event applied, the quote was in the high 4 million won range The price is high considering it’s mainly focused on the nasal tip, but I actually didn’t want to do it somewhere cheap, so I decided on this place Also, one more thing I’m curious about: they said they would osteotomize the bone beside the nasal bridge, but it feels kind of scary, and I don’t want my nose to become thinner than it is now so I’m wondering if it’s okay to do it.
