A straight nose, that’s it So since I was getting it done anyway, I wanted to raise my nasal bridge too and have a masculine nose with a straight line, and the director said that would require using rib cartilage, so I said okay For the nasal tip, donated rib cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage were used, and I had hump osteotomy
A few of my close female friends had nose surgery, and they told me that if you use ear cartilage, the nose droops quickly, and that I should use rib cartilage if possible, so I was already thinking about rib cartilage. Just then, the director also recommended rib cartilage and explained in detail why this material suited me, so I think I was able to choose very comfortably? I understood it well too, yeah. How is it? Doesn’t it seem successful? My friends used to say, “Why would a man get cosmetic surgery?” but once I actually came back after surgery, they were making a fuss saying they wanted to do it too. The girls also said the hump was completely gone and that it turned out smooth and nice.
