I had surgery without an implant: septal extension + support strut, with ear cartilage placed on the nasal tip. From the first time the splint was removed, I thought, “This isn’t right,” and I had a difficult time until I had it removed. I had the removal done at ㅅㅅㅇ a little under 5 months later. Overall, I’m satisfied. During the removal, I asked the director to adjust the shape a bit, so it looks a little better than my original nose. I asked them to undo all the cartilage suturing and shape it for me. I got my original image back, and from the side, it actually looks natural and is slightly higher than my original nose. The contraction phase hasn’t come yet, but I’m leaving this review in hopes it can be even a little helpful to people who are struggling for the same reason as I did.
