There were two directors who were good at the lines in the photos I showed, and I personally picked the doctor I felt drawn to. The manager was very pleased and said it was an excellent choice. After the consultation with the director, when negotiating the price, I got nearly 1 million won cut from the first quoted price. I have a lot of people around me who have had plastic surgery, and I'm strong-willed and good at talking, so before I knew it, I was getting 1 million won knocked off. It included bulbous nose correction, columella correction, and hump correction, so I did feel bad, but I had to protect my wallet.. Consultation with the director: It was just okay. He was so sly that I even thought to myself, did I choose wrong? But strangely, as he consulted, it was short and concise, yet I started to trust him. First, he said my nose was a terribly difficult nose. He said it really should be done properly under general anesthesia, but luckily, although my nasal skin was thick, that thickness had advantages, such as making the silicone less visible and allowing the cartilage to be shaped sharply. I said I was concerned about correcting my bulbous nose and my drooping nasal tip, and the doctor sighed, saying that doing both would be major surgery (because it wasn't just about touching those areas, but addressing the causes), and that it had to be done using the method above. I said okay and just asked him to make it as pretty as possible After surgery: Wow, the surgery took about 2 hours and 50 minutes, and when I came out, the doctor was huffing, saying it had been difficult. A week later, when the splint was removed, I was shocked. It was a pig nose and looked upturned, so I was shaking, and the treatment nurse smiled and said, "It's normally like this"..ㄷ And when the cotton was removed, I felt like I could finally live. I've probably had everything done except my jaw, but in terms of stuffiness, rhinoplasty seems to be the worst. And strangely, as it approached 2 weeks, it gradually came down. At first I looked like Avatar. Only my nose was visible.. Now it's almost been a year, and the nostril asymmetry has also settled, and everything I wanted corrected was corrected well, so I'm satisfied.
