I was a student who had just finished the CSAT and knew nothing about cosmetic surgery, but my mom said she would let me do it if I wanted, so I just went for it thinking I wouldn't be able to do it if not now lol... I had it done at ㅂㄹㅇ in Apgujeong, and the clinic is still pretty famous for noses, but personally I regret it They raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage + ear cartilage and put in silicone, but I had it done without knowing exactly what septal cartilage was. As the doctor explained, I only heard good things like it supports the silicone and there is no collapse, which is a common side effect, so I thought the doctor must be right~ and did it, but only after surgery did I touch the hardness and have a mental breakdown It's partly my fault for not looking into it properly, but I wish they had explained even once that you can't make a pig nose and that it gets hard, then I could have properly considered it And currently, my nose is completely crooked to one side. But strangely, people say it doesn't show much on the outside. Of course it shows a little in photos, but acquaintances say that unless they look very closely from the front, it's barely noticeable. But when I touch inside my nose, the extended septal cartilage is tilted completely to one side, so the space difference between the two nostrils is huge. Because of this, of course my rhinitis has become extremely severe. Also, I have thick skin and a lot of flesh on my nose, so the before-and-after isn't very dramatic. Until 1 year, the swelling was so bad that it was hard, but now even when I compare photos, I don't think it's that different from my original nose. I guess the human body really has a tendency to return to its original state So I'm considering removing all the implants. I've also heard that because of the risk of contracture, they leave the septal cartilage and remove only the silicone, but in my case, since the extended septal cartilage is crooked, I think maybe it should be removed together.. Why did I do it so thoughtlessly.. Fortunately, I haven't had inflammation or contracture, but I still regret it just the same. You never know when side effects might come. I want to remove it quickly
