Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Low, droopy nose, first surgery with autologous costal cartilage, day 7. Please just take one look ㅠㅠ

Before/after/after. It was my first surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and because I had a small nose that was originally very droopy, they said it couldn’t be done with septal cartilage, so I used rib cartilage. It’s now day 7 after autologous costal cartilage surgery.

For management or consultation and things like that, I have nothing to complain about, and from the first day, the swelling was really very minimal. There wasn’t even blood coming out onto the gauze, so it felt really clean...

But why does the line feel so disappointing ㅜ I do think it has improved a lot.. But it’s only day 7, and people say it will gradually droop and become lower even more.. I feel like the improvement in the slightly droopy nasal tip is a bit disappointing. Is it because I asked for it to look natural? ㅜㅜㅜ Still, I brought so many reference photosㅠㅠㅜ

I also wonder if the glabella area is too low compared with the nasal tip.. (From the start, I had asked for a natural-but-defined level. We had planned on 2 mm, but changed to 4 mm on the day.. But it’s still low.. I actually like the glabella area.)

Anyway, since it’s rib cartilage, I don’t think the length of the nasal tip will reduce much. How does it look to everyone here??

To me, it somehow looks like only the nose has been pulled straight out, so I’m really worried and depressed ㅜㅜ ㅜㅜㅠ If the swelling goes down, will that feeling that only the tip is sticking out improve? Because I used autologous costal cartilage, I feel like the nasal tip will stay the same and only the bridge will go down more, making it look strange ㅜ
