My current satisfaction with the surgery is around 1000%? or so. I’d like to organize mainly what I personally felt, in case it can be helpful to everyone.
I wrote this in my previous review too, but for the first month after surgery, I was genuinely so worried because of the swellingㅠ I had nose surgery because I had a bulbous nose, but when the splint first came off, my nose was so swollen that I thought the surgery had gone wrong, and with my eyes still swollen, I thought my eye surgery had failed tooㅠㅠ They say swelling differs from person to person, and for me it got better after about a month. I didn’t have especially severe bruising or anything like thatㅠ When I look at reviews or YouTube, some people have blood bruising and their eyes get bloodshot, but maybe that also varies by person because I had absolutely none of that. My nose still doesn’t feel as soft as it did before nose surgery. I heard it can feel slightly firm during the recovery process, and for a moment I worried that nasal contracture from rhinoplasty had started, but they said it wasn’t. If I hadn’t seen the director, I would have been worrying by myself again. Oh, after surgery I really bothered the manager a lot through KakaoTalk, but they responded so kindly and well. Every time I went to the clinic, they did swelling laser treatment for me, and the director personally kept checking on me and explained the recovery process in detail. For someone timid like me, even just a few words like that were honestly such a huge support. Before surgery, most people around me reacted by saying, “Why on earth are you doing it?” and told me not to, but now they say things like, “Where is that clinic?”, “It turned out so well,” “I’m jealous,” and so on, so I feel really good. A few people asked if I had surgery elsewhere too, but this really is my first surgery…ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I did not have facial contouring, alar reduction, or epicanthoplasty.
