Glasses were so uncomfortable, and even though my eyesight was bad, I went around without wearing glasses, so I kept thinking about LASIK and eventually got it. I had an eye exam, and they said my corneas were thick. They said that even if my vision dropped after vision correction, I could do it again later. Anyway, I think I had a bit of astigmatism even before the correction. Now, 6 years after surgery, it feels like my left eye doesn’t focus well? It could be because my posture or something is misaligned, but the glare and dryness are almost similar, while only my left eye feels uncomfortable. I should go for an ophthalmology checkup too, but honestly, unless it’s an eye infection, you don’t really end up going to the eye clinic, right? But after doing it, it really was a whole new world. It’s convenient, but as time passes, eye discomfort has been increasing, so I hope anyone thinking about doing it will be careful.
