There was no pain or foreign-body sensation at all. Day 2 - Slept at home all day, couldn’t look at my phone or TV because I couldn’t see Day 3 - Could roughly distinguish objects and people, went out to a cafe with friends in the evening (when I look at photos from that day, my eyes are out of focus lol) Day 4 - Started being able to see the TV, stayed in my room all day Day 5 - Phone text looked hazy; strangely, screens of electromagnetic devices like phones and computers were hard to see Day 6 - I remember going to work? It was hard working because I couldn’t see the computer text Day 7 - When I opened my eyes in the morning, I could see well; computer text still didn’t look clear
I went through recovery roughly like this It was the first surgery of my life, so I remember the situation at that time in detail. LASIK and LASEK have many side effects and vary by case, but I’m 200% satisfied Compared with before, these days my eyes get tired more easily, and if I use the computer for a long time my eyes feel dizzy I think I saw a post saying glaucoma comes earlier if you have vision correction surgery.. Anyway, I’m still satisfied so far, and it’s one of the surgeries I definitely recommend to people around me. No hospital recommendations
