Breast Surgery Reviews

Breast surgery day 10: is my nipple direction normal?

Even when I look at reviews, the nipples are covered, so I can’t tell if mine are normal.. My posture itself is rounded shoulders with a hunched back, so when I stand comfortably, my nipples point really far downward. But if I straighten my lower back and open my shoulders, they do face forward.. I saw on YouTube that in the case of a transaxillary incision, dissection of the lower part of the breast is difficult, so some people say that if the nipples are pointing downward early on, the dissection itself was done wrong and you need revision surgery.. It also seems like they might point downward because of swelling On day 7, the director checked them, and they told me to do a massage pressing the upper bulging area with the side of my hand, 5 times a day for a total of 2 minutes for both breasts.. But they said I have to press hard enough that the skin around the inframammary fold expands a lot. I thought massaging early on increases the risk of capsular contracture.. Did my surgery go wrong? Everyone, please tell me what direction your nipples were facing
