Breast surgery, accessory breast lump? Transaxillary incision? Side effect?

4 weeks ago, I had breast augmentation through a transaxillary incision. I also had accessory breast removal done at the same time. But from the day of surgery, pea-sized lumps formed at the incision sites in both armpits, and a large lump formed throughout the accessory breast area. It hurts when I touch it, and I’m flustered because lumps that were not there before appeared.. Because the lumps are large, even wrinkles that were not there before have formed more, and it is already week 3 but there is no sign of them going away. Will it stay like this for the rest of my life.. If you have accessory breast liposuction and transaxillary surgery, do lumps normally become palpable and then disappear?...
