<My tear-filled before photos..><After surgery~ my face shape became oval> I’m writing this purely because I had facial liposuction and I’m satisfied with it! I paid every bit of my own money for the surgery, and at first I was worried whether it would really work. People around me asked if I wasn’t worried about sagging later or fibrotic adhesions after liposuction, and hearing that.. I even regretted it, thinking, did I do this for no reason? But now I don’t think that at all, and I really think I did well to get it done. Some people might say, “Why go as far as surgery for that much chin fat?” so I attached photos I took in everyday life too, you know? No matter how well a photo came out, there were tons of photos I couldn’t post because of that chin fat.. Even when people around me jokingly said, “Your chin fat is cute~” or “Your face looks bigger because of the chin fat~,” to me it all sounded like hurtful comments.. I think I was that stressed by it. Since plastic surgery is supposed to be mostly about your own satisfaction, I decided to get surgery without overthinking it, as much as I had been stressed by my chin fat. I visited a total of 3 places for consultations, but I passed on one because the consultation felt too factory-like.. At another place, the doctor’s consultation ended in about 2-3 minutes, and I had to hear everything else from the consultant manager.. The doctor is the one doing the surgery, so why is the system like this? I didn’t like it. Anyway, because I didn’t give up on consultations and kept going to several places, I found a place that met my standards, and I think I was able to have surgery at a place where the doctor’s consultation was thorough, it wasn’t factory-like, and they didn’t over-recommend things. For the surgery, I had double-chin liposuction, muscle tightening, 10 Mint threads inserted, and buccal fat removal together! Since I strongly felt that if I had decided to do it once anyway, I should do it properly all at once, after discussing it with the doctor, I also added salivary gland Botox and had it done together~ I had a lot more attached flesh than bone structure.. And as I said earlier, I had a lot of sagging skin, so muscle tightening and pulling it up with threads were definitely necessary. In terms of how it felt, the swelling was worst on the day of surgery (so I didn’t go outside after getting home that day) and after 3-4 days, I think it went down quickly. The clinic told me to wear the compression band well, so I wore it diligently. Honestly, with plastic surgery, if you do what the clinic tells you to do and don’t do what they tell you not to do, I think at least more than half of it succeeds.. Everyone, absolutely don’t do the things they prohibit! And as for the surgical effect, I was surprised because the liposuction effect was clearer than I expected. Fibrotic adhesions only appeared slightly in the beginning when I pressed under my chin, and now there are none at all~ Maybe wearing the compression band frequently helped me get good results too?? For everyone who is stressed because of chin fat like me, I really totally recommend the combination of facial liposuction and thread lifting.. Still, surgery can be different for each person, so please make sure to get a consultation and decide~
