About 10 years ago, I had fat removal surgery on the cheek area, and there was a slight step-off after the surgery, so I reduced it as much as possible through several procedures (laser). I am living with the thought that this was probably the best possible result at the time. I am grateful that they made it so I did not need bone surgery. I enjoyed a recent interview with the doctor on his YouTube channel, including the part about his house.
