1-week review of breast fat grafting!!!

A 1-week review after getting a breast fat grafting consultation with Director Nam, thinking it over for about 3 months, booking it, and having the surgery! This is my much-asked-about review from the day of surgery through week 1 From here on I’ll write in short casual style lol It got kind of long as I was writing.. ------ As I said, I went around for consultations in September, had one more consultation in November, thought about it a lot, and had surgery during this Lunar New Year holiday Originally I was going to do it on Friday, rest for 3 days, go to work only on Monday, suffer a bit, and then rest, but the substitute holiday was lucky lucky.. What I was scared of was dying from excessive bleeding while they were harvesting fat(?) and whether I’d regret touching my legs when they’re already pretty now. But why was I worried haha I’m so satisfied, so I’ll write a detailed review 1. Reason for choosing The reason I chose Glovi was because of the director and consultant. First, I’m extremely safety-oriented and think plastic surgery is for improvement, not transformation, so my tendency matched well with the safety-oriented director. I also liked that he spoke honestly during the consultation (at most half a cup to one cup, the lowest engraftment could be 20%, etc.). And the director’s experience is just on another level.. He has done other surgeries too, but even just looking at his plastic surgery experience, I trusted him first And honestly, consultations are heavily influenced by the consultant, right? I didn’t visit that many places (I went to 3), but I filtered out places where communication didn’t work, or they were like our clinic is the best!!!, or places that were too kind(?) I’m a strange person who gets scared when they’re too kind too Anyway, when I asked questions, the consultant answered accurately and honestly, which I really liked. In the end, before and after surgery, she kept helping me comfortably, so I think it was a good choice 2. Situation As I said, absolutely safety-oriented, naturally My starting size was about AAA(), so my goal was A The director said my breast pocket probably wouldn’t even fit 200, but after surgery he said he put in 220 each Thank you.. They said there was no fat to harvest, so they scraped together everything from my thighs + back flanks Because I had no fat and this was my first and last fat grafting in my life, I put in all of PRP + stem cells 3. Days 1-3 progress On the day of surgery, I went in really scared, but they just drew blood, put me under sleep anesthesia, and it was over. I had expected them to apply the red disinfectant I’d read about in other reviews, but without anything like that, I just lay face down, fell asleep, and it was over... I’d had sleep anesthesia several times before for gastroscopy, but it was my first time doing it for 2 hours I was scared, but the feeling of waking up was similar. And I didn’t hurt.. Is this winning the painless lottery? At first I thought it didn’t hurt because the anesthesia hadn’t worn off, but it just kept not hurting.. Only my back flank felt a little tight when I sat down On the day of surgery, a lot of blood + fluid came out from the hole near my tailbone. Turns out they intentionally didn’t stitch it so the fluid could drain well.. (they said it’s good for it to come out well) At first so much fresh blood came out that I got scared and contacted the consultant, but she said it was normal, so I felt relieved lol They said it could bleed until the second day, but mine kept bleeding until about day 4; I slept with Daiso dog pee pads underneath me, and I recommend this!! The next day I visited again, they stitched the hole above my tailbone, did a swelling laser treatment, I put on the compression garment, and went home. The bandages on surgery day were so uncomfortable, but for me the compression garment was actually more comfortable And people said putting on the compression garment hurts so much, but for me it didn’t hurt much; my legs bruised, and there was only occasional pain like the bruises being pressed 4. Week 1 To eat well and rest well as much as possible, I did absolutely nothing all Lunar New Year holiday and just rolled around at home, and a week passed lol I think it was my first time resting this actively.. Then a week later, after work, I went to get the stitches removed. I got off work late and arrived 20 minutes before the clinic closed, but they treated me kindly during treatment, so I was really grateful. The treatment nurse took care of me and the director checked me too, and he said my bruises hadn’t faded at all lol and said they’d probably last quite a while.. I think it’s because I moved around too little At week 1, my breasts weren’t very different from the first day and were still swollen tight. I like that the size got bigger, but they look too much like rice bowls (though they’re not that big haha), so they are a bit unnatural. I think they’ll need about a month to soften and look natural. I’m trying to move my arms as little as possible and not touch my breasts.. When more time passes and the swelling goes down and they look more natural, I’ll write the next review!!

This review is a surgery review for those pursuing a natural look.
