Because I had severe rhinitis and a crooked nose, I was looking into hospitals, and I chose DA so I could also improve the aesthetics. At first, I felt resistant to using silicone, so I wanted to use only cartilage and work on the nasal tip, but they said my nasal bridge was low, and although the shape was pretty, if I only did the nasal tip there was a high chance it would look like a woman's nose, so I used 3 mm of silicone (I wanted to use the minimum amount). I tend not to have swelling go down easily, so it is still early to judge, but I am satisfied.
