I’m really glad I solved it all at once with rhinoplasty from the beginning… I like that I didn’t have to put extra strain on my nose, and recovery was fast too lolololol Honestly, I think it may have been even faster because the clinic kept managing the swelling for me? I had hump osteotomy, and also correction for a bulbous nose, long nose, columella, and nasolabial angle, so not only my nose, but my whole face from the front and side really came alive lol I know a lot of people worry about costal cartilage for their first surgery, but I used donated costal cartilage, you know? I seriously have no regrets.. My nasal tip is maintaining well too!!
