8 years ago, I had nose surgery at a plastic surgery clinic that was fairly famous in Busan. I had surgery where they put someone else’s dermis? in the nasal tip and silicone in the nasal bridge, but because it was done too naturally, a situation happened where people didn’t know I had surgery. The doctor said that if I used cartilage, I wouldn’t be able to make a pig nose and would regret it for the rest of my life, so he suggested dermis... It became too natural. Looking at it now, I think the image changed to a slightly more refined feeling with a higher nose, but as time has passed, sometimes I get the feeling that the silicone shows through, and there are times when I really hate it. I think silicone for the nasal bridge is something you need to think through carefully before deciding.
