I had surgery at a private plastic surgery clinic with some recognition in my region~ There was no pain at all and no swelling, but The scar from the columella incision is still visible, and the area between the tip cartilage and the silicone has slightly separated and become indented.. It’s honestly just 2% disappointing, but I guess no one is 100% satisfied Still, my complex about my hump nose is gone, so I have no regrets.
