I’m approaching 9 months after my second nose surgery..

I had an incision for a hump nose, septal cartilage, and 2.5 mm silicone.. For my first surgery, my dad and younger sibling had rhinitis surgery and were still suffering from rhinitis even while sleeping, so I went for a rhinitis surgery consultation. The doctor looked at my nose and said everything was pretty, but my nose looked like a man’s nose. He said if I was going to have rhinitis surgery anyway, while operating he could just shave the bone down smoothly, emphasizing that it was very easy, and I think he said my nose really looked like a man’s nose more than 5 times.. I was fairly satisfied with my nose normally, and honestly it was a very high nose with only a slight hump, but the doctor kept saying it was a man’s nose, and I foolishly got surgery after being deceived by the sweet words that since I had to have surgery anyway, it would end simply... After a year passed after surgery, strangely, my nose became extremely low, bent into an S shape, and the nasal tip became blunt.. So I went to the hospital, and he said it seemed the nose bent into an S shape because he had shaved the nasal bridge too much, admitted his mistake, and performed revision surgery. I naturally thought a hospital that admits its mistake and does surgery must be a good hospital, and since it was also the hospital where I had originally had surgery, I received revision surgery there.. But after the second surgery, silicone had been inserted and septal cartilage had also been inserted.. Everything had been put inside my nose without any explanation to me (when I asked then, they only told me at that point that septal cartilage had also been used during the first surgery..) Now scar tissue is packed inside my nose, so I cannot breathe properly and I have pain too, but when I went and asked, they said that normally happens. When I said my nose was turning red, they said they only put silicone in the nasal bridge, and silicone placed in the nasal bridge absolutely never causes inflammation. So I asked again, “You’re saying silicone placed in the nasal bridge absolutely never causes inflammation, right??” and they said yes.. And they said the nasal tip is cartilage over there, so there is absolutely no chance of inflammation. Still, when I asked what if something happens, what if contracture occurs, they said, “Why are you worrying about such useless things,” and that I am too sensitive (I really wonder why everyone at that hospital, whenever they consult with me, says my personality is sensitive. I am asking because I am curious and because it is my body, so why do they talk to me in such a dismissive tone, calling it useless worrying..) For now, inflammation or contracture has not come yet, but I just want to remove everything.. I am scared of what I will look like if everything is removed because too much was shaved down, but I also do not want to live trembling with worry and anxiety about side effects. I just want to live loving my natural self..
