Right after graduating high school, I decided to get plastic surgery for my hooked nose, which had earned me the nickname Squidward. Back then, I wasn’t using any communities, so I just searched “Gangnam plastic surgery clinic” on a portal site and went around to three places that looked decent. In the end, I had the surgery at an ENT clinic that also did rhinoplasty. I had deviated septum surgery + rhinitis surgery + hump reduction + a small amount of silicone near the glabella + septal cartilage for the nasal tip + paranasal augmentation. The day after surgery, they removed the supports inside my nose, and wow... it hurt so much that I felt dizzy. I grabbed onto the doctor and cried my eyes out. They disinfected the inside of my nose even though it hurt, and I got a lot of injections in my butt too... ha. People say deviated septum surgery hurts, and I think that was why. Then I think they put cotton back in, and I stayed home for a week like a hikikomori lololololol. After that, things went smoothly: stitch removal, disinfection, and so on. I took care of it diligently. They said light walks were necessary, so even though I usually didn’t exercise much even when dieting, I made sure to slowly walk 40 to 50 minutes every day, and I worked hard with porridge, warm/cold compresses, and disinfection! Thanks to that, I think it healed well. Oh, the bruising did last a bit longㅠㅠ Honestly, even now I don’t have any major complaints, but these days I see a lot of people removing what they had done because of rhinoplasty side effects, contracture, inflammation, and so onㅠㅠ The nasal bridge is so pretty. It’s not that I used silicone to raise the bridge; they just shaved down the protruding hump a little and inserted a small amount of silicone to make the line straight, so if it weren’t for possible future side effects, I’d kind of want to leave it alone. But I can feel a bit of cartilage at the nasal tip, so I really want to remove the tip part now. The cost was almost 5 million won, and since I also had rhinitis surgery, deviated septum surgery, and paranasal augmentation, the price had some extrasㅠ You really need to think very carefully before getting nose surgery...
