The things I thought needed improvement during my first surgery didn’t improve at all I have quite a bulbous nose feel, it’s blunt, and I have a lot of flesh on my nose, so it was really like a fist-shaped nose I hoped for an overall slimmer nose, and although I knew it wouldn’t be 100%, I kept saying that I wanted some degree of improvement But it’s just a fist-shaped nose with only the height raised, so it looks even stranger........ Now exactly 1 year has passed, so I’m immediately looking into revision surgery I don’t care how much it costs, I’m looking for a place that reflects my needs well, clearly tells me this is possible and this isn’t, this much is possible, and also produces good results I’m looking at ㄷㄷㅇ, ㅈㅅㅌ, ㅈㅇㅈㅇ clinics
성괴사성형 I’m also looking into cosmetic nose surgery again
펠러스 I hope you get satisfying results from the revision surgery..
구릎 I also have a bulbous nose, so I’m looking at D-Day, and the director there is clear about what can and can’t be done, so I think it’d be good to visit
샥구 From your current list, I’ve seen ㅈㅇㅌ mentioned a lot. If you’re still looking into more places, I also recommend going for a consultation at ㅃㄹ
어릿광대 The Door is quite good at bulbous nose correction revision surgery.. I think all the places you picked are fine, but first try getting consultations
침순 Is ㄷㄷㅇ The Door or D-Day?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJan 16 Hospital recommended by a friend
I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. Do you recommend autologous costal cartilage for revision surgery? I heard autologous costal cartilage is firm, so nasal tip drooping is less likely, so if I get…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJan 16 I’m satisfied with my line 8 months after revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage!
I had some time while taking before-and-after photos, so I came to share my 8-month update!! I had a small, low bulbous nose, so I got my first surgery to improve that. But the shape didn’t improve nearly as much as I expected, so I ended…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJan 16 What does it mean if the bridge of my nose is crooked after rhinoplasty?
It’s been a while since I had rhinoplasty, but the bridge of my nose is crooked Does this mean the silicone is crooked, or my septum is deviated...? But can silicone even become crooked after rhinoplasty...? A deviated septum seems weird…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJan 16 Can revision rhinoplasty be done with a closed approach too?
I looked into ㅅㄱ and ㅁㅋ, and it seems like they also do closed rhinoplasty, but can people getting revision surgery also have it done with a closed approach? I think I saw posts saying that with revision rhinoplasty, you need to allow for…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJan 16 I’m going for a revision rhinoplasty consultation tomorrow!
Everyone here recommended a lot of places, but my taste is a columella line that comes down more rounded rather than pointed, like Shin Se-kyung’s nose or Go Youn-jung’s nose, so I decided on these four places: ㅇㅂㅅ, ㅇㄷ, ㅌㅇㅅ, and ㅇㅇ! I…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJan 16 Considering early nasal implant removal
Hello, as of today I’m on day 12 after nose surgery. The reason I’m thinking about removal is simply dissatisfaction with the shape. After surgery, my nose became too upturned, and my overall impression changed a lot. I extended it to…
