It’s been a while since I had rhinoplasty, but the bridge of my nose is crooked Does this mean the silicone is crooked, or my septum is deviated...? But can silicone even become crooked after rhinoplasty...? A deviated septum seems weird too... Does this happen often? If it were only slightly crooked I’d just live with it, but it’s way too noticeable to the naked eye, so I am looking into revision surgery. I guess the best way to know for sure is to go for a consultation....? Ha, why is this happening seriously so annoying Where should I go to have this checked properly? Is there a place that specializes in revision surgery? My friend mentioned Finish? there, but I don’t really know much, so how is that place? Besides there, where else should I go?
펠러스 Shouldn’t you ask the hospital about it once?
공공찔뽕 [@Fellus] The hospital where I had my first surgery was from quite a while ago, but it closed down. I don’t know where the director went either... But their aesthetic sense didn’t suit me from the start, so I’m just looking into revision surgery. I don’t want to go back and have it done again by a director whose taste doesn’t match mine...
다메난다요 I think ㅍㄴㅅ is a private clinic, and I heard it’s famous for revision surgery.. My nose also had permanent filler removed this time, so I want to go for a consultation and ask if surgery is possible... They said it’s peak season, so I haven’t made an appointment yet
내코내코낸 They say silicone can bend I think you should go to a hospital quickly

I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. Do you recommend autologous costal cartilage for revision surgery? I heard autologous costal cartilage is firm, so nasal tip drooping is less likely, so if I get…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJan 16 I’m satisfied with my line 8 months after revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage!
I had some time while taking before-and-after photos, so I came to share my 8-month update!! I had a small, low bulbous nose, so I got my first surgery to improve that. But the shape didn’t improve nearly as much as I expected, so I ended…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJan 16 Now that a year has passed, I’m looking into revision surgery again
The things I thought needed improvement during my first surgery didn’t improve at all I have quite a bulbous nose feel, it’s blunt, and I have a lot of flesh on my nose, so it was really like a fist-shaped nose I hoped for an overall…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJan 16 Can revision rhinoplasty be done with a closed approach too?
I looked into ㅅㄱ and ㅁㅋ, and it seems like they also do closed rhinoplasty, but can people getting revision surgery also have it done with a closed approach? I think I saw posts saying that with revision rhinoplasty, you need to allow for…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJan 16 I’m going for a revision rhinoplasty consultation tomorrow!
Everyone here recommended a lot of places, but my taste is a columella line that comes down more rounded rather than pointed, like Shin Se-kyung’s nose or Go Youn-jung’s nose, so I decided on these four places: ㅇㅂㅅ, ㅇㄷ, ㅌㅇㅅ, and ㅇㅇ! I…
