Hello, as of today I’m on day 12 after nose surgery. The reason I’m thinking about removal is simply dissatisfaction with the shape. After surgery, my nose became too upturned, and my overall impression changed a lot. I extended it to improve my short nose, but instead it became even more upturned, so I’m regretting it a lot. The foreign-body sensation in the nasal tip is also very uncomfortable. I think I had hump reduction, osteotomy, ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, nasal tip lift, and fascia. Since the hump was shaved and osteotomy was done, I don’t think I can go back to my original nose, so I can’t predict what it would be like and I’m really conflicted.
