1. ㅈㅇㅈ Because it’s a medium-to-large hospital, I got the impression that the hospital facilities and aftercare system were well set up. I said I wanted something natural enough that I’d be satisfied as long as the hump disappeared, and I had a consultation with the director accordingly. While looking at the CT, they drew things out from both functional and cosmetic perspectives, took measurements, and explained why certain things wouldn’t work and why doing it this way would be good. They were very kind. An anesthesiology specialist is on-site, the surgery is done under general anesthesia, and hospitalization in a private room is possible. I thought it seemed good from a safety standpoint!
2. ㅇㅅㅈ The director explained while looking at the CT. They put a cotton swab in my nose to roughly show the line and explained while drawing. However, even though I said I wanted no implant, both the consultant and the director recommended an implant. The director later accepted my opinion that I definitely wanted a natural result and said they understood what I wanted, but the consultant kept telling me to consider an implant until the end. The surgery takes about two hours including functional correction.. I’m concerned because I’m not sure whether two hours of sedation anesthesia is safe, and the advantage is that if functional insurance reimbursement applies, the price is very, very affordable..
