The real problem starts from here. There really isn’t a big difference, and even my mother, who sees me every day, says she doesn’t really know what changed. Rather, my nasal tip looks more lifted and upturned, and the dorsum line comes down and then the nasal tip sticks up perkily... unnaturally. They emphasized naturalness and did the surgery without putting anything in, but it’s worse than not having done surgery at all, and I only wasted time. It feels like only the nasal tip is perkier than before. Can I get a refund of the surgery fee for this? The nose was done by incision, using only the septum. They didn’t touch the nasal bridge, only operated on the nasal tip. And the consultant kept changing what she said at first and what she said after the surgery, insisting that everything she said was right, and trying to make me look like the strange one.
