I visited to get revision nose surgery, and overall the consultation seems sincere. The revision surgery was to remove the silicone and replace it with something lower, but they said that removing the silicone alone wouldn’t be enough and that the area around the nose also needed to be refined. When I first had my surgery, the tip of the nose was wrapped up, and at that time there was no septal cartilage surgery, so it seemed there was no other foreign material at the tip of the nose, but the clinic said it would be better to do everything overall. Later, when I talked with the consultation manager, I was lightly recommended facial fat grafting, which felt a bit off because it was a procedure I had not been considering.
