My nasal bridge has silicone (I found out recently), and my nasal tip is currently done with septal extension + donated costal cartilage. I keep being bothered by something on the bridge of my nose that I can't tell is scar tissue or cartilage, and in dark places the shadow shows more clearly, so I'm considering revision surgery (or complete removal) I also only recently found out about the silicone, and since I really hate implants, it's bothering me, so I'm also considering complete removal. But I've heard that if you remove all of that, the nose can collapse or something. Has anyone here actually done it? Please share your review For surgery, I'm thinking of the list below. 지아유 [@] No, originally there was no plan for silicone, but I went in because of scar tissue and an ear keloid, and they said there was silicone;; So when I said it was the first time I was hearing that, they said they told me after the surgery was over lololol Maybe it was when I was half-asleep from anesthesia. So I asked about it, and they said things like additions during surgery happen quite often for the sake of the surgical result, and I couldn't communicate with them

밍갱양갱 I had my first nose surgery at Avec, and it is known as a place people often go to when they have silicone issues. They said the director has a lot of revision surgery know-how, so for cases where silicone implants feel burdensome, they also check whether implant-free nose revision surgery is possible before proceeding
