Has anyone had nose silicone removed?

I had nose surgery once before, you know? At the time, the director said it would be good to choose between 4 mm and 6 mm silicone for the nasal bridge, so I thought about it, but I figured it would be better to raise it a lot with the 6 mm one. So I told them I wanted to do that, and since I said I liked a glamorous look, the director didn’t try to stop me even a little and listened to my opinion. But after the surgery, the shape I had imagined didn’t come out, and it looked really awkward. Still, I thought it would get better with time, so I kept waiting, but it never became natural, and from some point, when fluorescent light shone on it, it seemed like the silicone showed through around the nasal bridge, and the nasal tip also looked a bit protruded.. The hospital that did my first surgery has closed now So I don’t know where the director went. Even if I did, I don’t want to go back, and I urgently need revision surgery, but I feel lost about where and how to start looking;;
