When I first got an estimate for my nose surgery, I had surgery using ear cartilage, donor rib cartilage, and dermis without implants, but after the rhinoplasty the overall balance feels off. The bridge of my nose is still low, but the tip somehow feels lifted in shape, and my nostrils are too visible from the front. I was thinking about revision rhinoplasty, but then the tip started hurting a lot. I'm considering revision surgery. There's only a slight redness and it feels pressed or poked, so I visited the hospital. They said there wasn't any severe inflammation. It's now 7 months later, and I think it might be better to visit other hospitals too. Remove the donor rib cartilage and the septum...
