I had it done on October 13, and my current condition is that there is slight swelling around my cheeks, cheekbone line, and temple area. Until week 2, I woke up at 6 a.m. and took walks for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, drank 1.5 liters of water a day, and I think I drank about 5 pumpkin juices. I also took separately purchased bromelain, something like a vitamin for reducing swelling? And of course, I’m not smoking. My skin has also gotten much better. In week 2, after getting the stitches removed, I ordered chicken for the first time, and I ate it over an hour and a half, chewing really slowly and carefully. Nothing hurts at all, and I’m separately going to an oriental medicine clinic for swelling treatment. I’m very satisfied with the result.
