Consultation process My first consultation was with the consultant, and after looking at my nose, she used a cotton swab to shape it for me. The shape she showed me then was exactly what I wanted, so I was already drawn to it. Also, she recommended a natural surgical method that wasn’t excessive, which made me trust her. Next, I had a consultation with the doctor. After looking at my nose, the doctor said the consultant had made a good recommendation and that we could proceed just as planned. It was a short consultation, but maybe because the director has many years of experience, I got the feeling that he could tell right away just by looking~ haha 2. Surgery process The surgery was done under local anesthesia, and I had already heard that the anesthesia was extremely painful, so I was mentally prepared. And I thought I was pretty good at tolerating pain, but... when they injected me several times, tears came out without me even realizing it. The surgery took about 50 minutes, and near the very end I felt like the anesthesia was wearing off slightly, but it finished safely without any major pain. 3. Recovery after surgery At first, I didn’t even realize there was swelling, but now that a month has passed and I look back, I think it was swollen at that time. haha Still, there was no sense at all that my nose looked bigger because of swelling or that it looked awkward. The stitches were transparent, so they weren’t noticeable, but maybe because of the blood, the area under my nose was a little red. 4. Results I rested for about 3 days after surgery and then went to work, and my coworkers said things like, “Your impression already looks different,” and “Was your nose always this high?” I kept the fact that I had surgery a secret at work, but no one noticed. I really recommend this to people like me who are afraid of putting silicone in their nose and just want to slightly reduce the alar base for a subtle change!
