1. They let me choose between 2 methods: using costal cartilage, or a non-open approach with silicone and ear cartilage. I had no intention of using costal cartilage at all, so I said I wanted option 2, but they said that if it is done non-open, they cannot lower the columella. The method felt too unfamiliar, so I passed. I never imagined they would do it non-open. And the consultation was not very detailed either.
