It’s already been over a year since I had surgery at the place that comes up first when you search for alar reduction... The alae got naturally a little smaller + I guess scarring can’t really be helped (you can see it from below, but it’s not so obvious, so I don’t really mind it much) But after doing my alae... I ended up wanting surgery to improve the nasal tip too, which keeps bothering me My nose flares when I smile I’m looking for a clinic..
