I went in to ask about chin advancement, and they compared the amount needed with the amount I could advance and explained it to me. They said the advancement amount would be small, so it would be more effective if I did fat grafting together. They told me not to do either square jaw reduction or cheekbone reduction, and I liked that they spoke honestly and told me not to do things that weren't necessary. I also liked the method of making a wide osteotomy. However, the price is a bit high
