Nose Surgery Reviews

Consultation review for Kim Injoong and Rococo!

First of all, my nose has a slight hump and I do have a nasal bridge, but compared with my bridge, the nasal tip droops. Kim Injoong Price: 3.9 million KRW Implant-free nasal tip using ear cartilage + nasolabial angle cat surgery As soon as I went in, they marked the line with a cotton swab, took photos, and showed me, but it looked so much like an upturned nose that I was a bit shocked.. lol Just as I was thinking, ah, I shouldn’t do it here, the director showed me before-and-after photos, and they were just so pretty. He also showed me before-and-after photos of noses similar to mine, and it was exactly the shape I had imagined and wanted. My nose is small but I have a slightly prominent chin, so I was worried that if my nose got shorter, my philtrum would look longer and my lower face would stand out. He said then I shouldn’t do it. He also showed me before photos, saying that originally, a pretty nose is one where the nostrils should be visible. Looking at the photos, it didn’t feel like the philtrum became longer, but more like the philtrum that had been hidden became a little more visible…? I wish mine would turn out like that too, but I’m worried my philtrum might look much longer. He also recommended filler in the anterior cheek. I originally wanted anterior cheek filler, and after seeing the review photos, it looked very pretty hehe Rococo 4.4 million KRW They recommended placing a thin layer of silicone on the nasal bridge, and for the nasal tip using septal cartilage + ear cartilage if there isn’t enough + cat surgery / nasolabial angle surgery. If done alone it’s 1.6 million KRW, but if done together with rhinoplasty, it’s 500,000 KRW. At KIJ, they said putting silicone in the nasal bridge would make my face look longer, so I told them about this concern, and they said my face isn’t long at all and that putting in silicone would look prettier aesthetically. They recommended placing even a thin layer. Also, putting silicone in the philtrum during nasolabial angle surgery… made me a bit uneasy They showed me a virtual simulation, and the nose shape was pretty, but it was slightly more flashy than I had imagined! The director was kind and very honest. Since my nostrils are originally asymmetric, they said they can’t be perfectly symmetric even after surgery. They said putting filler in the anterior cheek would look unnatural and recommended fat grafting instead. I think I’ll consider that too. Honestly, the aesthetic that matches me and draws me in is KIJ. But there are so few reviews, so I’m torn. What do you all think?
