I went for a surgical consultation for a hump nose and drooping nasal tip, and they recommended raising the nasal tip through an endonasal approach with osteotomy, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage. They said it could be done without an implant. It was good that they explained the two possible conditions for surgery, and it was also possible with an endonasal approach and no implant.
