I had it done twice in total at ㅇ* in Gangnam, once in 2014 and once in 2015. I was young, so I didn’t look around much and just followed my friend to get surgery. At the time of the first surgery, the director in charge said my nose was on the higher side, so he suggested just refining the hump and putting cartilage only in the nasal tip, so that’s what I did. As time passed, in early 2015, irregularities started forming on the bridge and the cartilage part of the nasal tip;; I think it probably wasn’t refined properly. So I went back, and they said the director who had operated on me had left to open his own clinic.... In the end, I had surgery with another director, and he said he would put in a thin silicone implant to supplement the irregularities. And now I’ve eventually decided to remove both the silicone and the nasal tip cartilage, and I’m looking into clinicsㅠㅠ The reason is that a gap has formed between the silicone and the nasal tip cartilage. When I run my fingertip along the bridge and tip of my nose, the nasal tip feels dented in.....ㅜㅜ It’s not very noticeable outwardly, but I’ve been under extreme stress because of this lately... At least it’s a relief that there’s no inflammation or pain. I realized that you shouldn’t get nose surgery carelesslyㅠㅠ For those thinking about nose surgery, I hope you get lots and lots of consultations and decide carefully!
