I live outside Seoul, and a year and a half ago in Seoul, at an ENT doctor’s nose-specialized plastic surgery clinic, due to a deviated septum, I received treatment and surgery for a crooked nose, hump, nasal tip, and septum. For the nasal tip, I asked them to keep it as low as possible, 2 mm. But after the swelling went way down, starting about two months ago, the cartilage area at the nasal tip began to look round, and the area just above the cartilage looks slightly sunken, so it looks even rounder I’m wondering if I need revision surgery again, or whether just that sunken area could be filled with autologous fat, and whether there might be any side effects. I’m planning to go back to the hospital for a consultation.
