I had nose surgery 3 years ago with silicone and ear cartilage. But after about a year, the silicone started showing through, and until recently it was showing so obviously. So I had revision surgery, where they removed the silicone, trimmed it, and put it back in. I'm satisfied with the shape, but I'm really bothered that I can feel the ear cartilage at the nasal tip. I could feel it a bit the first time too, but not this much, and I'm so worried it might show through the skin again later. So I want to have everything removed soon.. I hope everyone properly understands even the side effects before getting nose surgery.
