I had surgery for a hump nose 5 years ago, but inflammation developed in the area covered with silicone, so I had only the silicone removed. As time went on, the area where the hump had been osteotomized became too obvious, and from the front it looked flat and low, so while getting facial contouring, I had only silicone placed again at 2 mm to cover it. It’s just to shape it. Maybe because of that, or because the facial contouring hurts so much, my nose has no splint and no cotton packing inside, and there isn’t much discomfort compared with last time. I hope the shape comes out well ^^
