Day 8 after nose implant removal

Posting my day 8 review! I received a lot of help and encouragement from this community, so I hope this post and my future reviews will be helpful!

Day of surgery~Day 3 For the first few days with the splint on, because of the swelling, the inner corners of my eyes looked like they were pulled together. Then on the day of splint removal, the swelling between my brows had gone down a lot, which was a relief, but after the splint was removed, it was a shock.. haha Because of the swelling, I really couldn’t see the shape of my nose, and I felt like I had become a fish. But even with that much swelling, my family told me my image didn’t seem to have changed much. I felt that way too!

Day 4~Day 7 I knew swelling varies by person and goes down at different speeds, but even by days 4~7, it really wasn’t going down much.. The bruising was still there tooㅠㅠ Still, I did feel like it was slowly going down. I also got bruise cream and started applying it, and the bruising is gradually disappearing too :)

Now on day 8, a lot of the swelling has gone down, so I can see the outline of my nose a bit more! Because there’s still swelling, I can’t tell clearly yet, but I’m satisfied with the shape of my nose right now. I really think “exactly between my natural nose and a cosmetically enhanced nose” is the perfect way to describe it. My nasal tip was originally bulbous, but since they tied it, the tip looks less spread out.

When I had silicone, my overall look seemed sharper and more defined, but now I feel like there’s a vibe I didn’t have back then. It may be because my nose, which looked bigger because of the silicone, has become smaller haha
