It's not a bad place, but maybe because it was done with a non-incisional method, the cartilage was crooked. My nostrils were uneven too. I had it done in February 2011. Back then I had epicanthoplasty, double eyelid surgery, and nose surgery. Even though the nose was crooked, the line was pretty. My double eyelids loosened on one side in 2017. The epicanthoplasty didn't show at all, but as time passed the skin grew back, so I had it done again. The back canthoplasty was with another female doctor. I never had to have revision surgery for the back canthoplasty or lower canthoplasty. I don't remember the female doctor's name, but I recommend her. Now, after revisions in my hometown, I had revision surgery for the inner eye corner, double eyelids, and nose from 3 mm to 3.5 mm. The revision doctor said that place wasn't bad, but it was a bit strange that the nose cartilage had attached incorrectly. The double eyelid method back then was the kind that would loosen, so it was bound to loosen.
