I had nose surgery for a bulbous nose, alar reduction, nasal tip, and nasal bridge. My nose was originally a bit short. I asked them to make it a little longer, but after surgery, although there is swelling, the nasal tip is even more upturned, so my nostrils look more exposed and it looks severely like an upturned nose... I have silicone in the bridge, and septal cartilage and ear cartilage in the tip. I think the swelling is pretty severe, but is it because of the swelling..? Will it come down?.... I feel like it’s ruined.. I did have a bulbous nose, wide alae, and a short nose, but it wasn’t this bad. Because of the swelling, my nose is twice the size.. the bulbous nose looks even worse.. Other people still seem to have a rough line visible after nose surgery even with swelling, but mine is a mess..ㅜ
