Since I was young, I was very stressed about my short, low bulbous nose, so I had surgery with silicone + septal cartilage. But it seemed like the silicone was gradually becoming visible, and when my condition wasn’t good, my nose felt heavy. So I decided to just love my old nose and get the implants removed. When I told my friends, they said my old nose was fine too. I hope you think carefully and cautiously before having surgery.
