The very first time, in July 2015, I had bulbous nose surgery at a plastic surgery clinic called ㅁㅇㅈ near Sinsa Station. The plan was to do osteotomy and insert silicone, but it turned out the doctor wasn’t even a specialist, and they had corrected it by only raising the height with L-shaped silicone. I was so young at the time that I didn’t properly research online or visit clinics before getting surgeryㅜㅜ After living like that, I did a ton of online research to find a hospital for my second bulbous nose surgery! ㅂ, ㅋㅋㄹㅇ, ㄹㅋㅋ, ㅁㅌ, ㅌㅋㄹㅅ, ㅇㅂ, ㅇㅁㅇㅍㅁ, there were more, but since it was a year and a half ago, I don’t remember them all. I made a list of hospitals famous for rhinoplasty and hospitals famous for bulbous nose correction and visited them all. Even at hospitals famous for bulbous nose correction, when I actually went for consultations, they told me there were limits.. My face is small, but my nose was such a severe bulbous nose that it stood out even more, so I wanted the size to shrink dramaticallyㅜㅠ Then I had a consultation at ㅇㅁㅇㅍㅁ, where they seemed really confident, and after getting a definite answer that it could become much smaller, I chose ㅇㅁㅇㅍㅁ and had proper bulbous nose correction in July 2017. The swelling went down really quickly, and my nose became much smaller! But the scarring was pretty severeㅠㅜ from alar reduction; also, I didn’t want to put silicone in the nasal bridge, but the director recommended putting it in, so I did... Sigh, in the end I was stressed by an obviously high nasal bridge and alar scars, so I had my third revision surgery this week at ㅇㅁㅇㅍㅁ lolololol I removed the silicone and had nasal bridge osteotomy! I was already satisfied with the nasal tip because the bulbous nose correction had been done during the second surgery without any implant in the tip, and I hated that my bridge looked obviously too high. So I removed the nasal bridge silicone and made the bridge slimmer with osteotomy, but I still have a splint on, so I’ll come back and post another review after the splint comes off and the swelling goes down!
