I picked out hospitals and made consultation appointments Honestly, I think large hospitals are better They tend to handle AS well, and seem to put some effort into postoperative care too? I'm from a regional area, so I went to a one-doctor clinic, but they did the surgery terribly and didn't really care. They did AS for me, but even when I woke up from anesthesia in the middle of the surgery, they didn't put me back under and just stitched me up. It was the most painful memory of my life.
