Director ㅇㄷㅊ two-jaw surgery and facial contouring He was very kind, and even while talking, he looked at my face carefully He checked with me while looking at the CT images and explained how my jaw is rotated He said the asymmetry is not severe to the naked eye, and that two-jaw surgery would not have a big cosmetic effect, so it should be approached as a functional issue He said my occlusion is not good When I said I thought I also had a protruding lower jaw, he said I did not, and that my lips are rather thick, so they can make it look like my mouth protrudes forward. He said I do not have a protruding lower jaw, but still, if even that cosmetic aspect bothers me a little, then protruding lower jaw surgery can be done together He said the two-jaw surgery would need to be done with SSRO, and that the left facial bone is actually longer and wider. He said he would cut and raise the left maxillary bone, and rotate the mandible to align it. For facial contouring, I would need genioplasty, square jaw surgery, and a long-curve procedure.
