It has been one month since I had non-implant rhinoplasty at [Clinic A]. When I was young, I injured my nose and mouth in a facial impact. I had my teeth corrected with orthodontics early on, but my nose frightened me, so I spent over ten years only thinking about surgery. Recently, my preoccupation with my appearance became too severe, so I decided to have surgery. I had a dorsal hump, a bulbous nose, a long nose, and a crooked nose, so I thought the clinics my acquaintances had used were unsuitable for my nose and visited several clinics specializing in dorsal hump surgery. Since I am from Gyeongsang Province, I thought that if I was going to have surgery, I should go to a good clinic in Seoul. After visiting several places during time off, I consulted at [Clinic A]. They carefully checked my concerns and desired features, then used a 3D CT to shape my nose while reflecting my wishes as much as possible. I actually wanted to raise the bridge a little, but they realistically explained that it would make my nose longer and more masculine rather than feminine, so I did not push too hard and found the best compromise before proceeding. As the swelling gradually went down and the line became clearer, I regretted not having surgery earlier, but I am extremely satisfied now. I returned to work from days 3–4 after surgery. Once the splint was removed, my nose was already high, the line was pretty, and everyone said it looked natural. Even now, at one month, people keep praising me first, saying it looks so naturally beautiful and that I did the right thing. I am extremely anxious by nature, so whenever anything worried me, I asked the coordinator. When the stitches were removed and at my one-month visit, I told the doctor about my concerns, and they explained everything well enough to reassure me. I love that my nose was created to look natural with my face, and I am so happy! Thank you to my second father of noses, the doctor; the coordinator who kindly counseled me; and all the medical staff who assisted with the surgery ◡̈
